In this talk, I get real about what it takes to succeed, and let me tell you, it’s all about having the audacity to go for it. I’m Briana Garza, Owner of Chatt Taste Food Tour—a USA TODAY Top 10 Food Tour in the country—and I know firsthand that success isn’t just about talent or luck. It’s about being bold, staying resilient, and taking risks, even when the odds aren’t in your favor.

I share my journey and some incredible stories of people who dared to believe in themselves and their dreams. The message is clear: success doesn’t come to those who wait for permission—it comes to those who step up, challenge their limits, and refuse to let fear call the shots.

I talk about practical ways to build that audacious mindset: setting crazy-big goals, staying committed when things get tough, and surrounding yourself with people who push you to be courageous.

At the end of the day, having the audacity to succeed isn’t about being reckless or arrogant—it’s about knowing you deserve greatness and having the guts to go after it. I want everyone to leave this talk fired up and ready to take bold action toward their own success story.

About Briana

Briana is the mother of a 7th Grade Cellist at the Chattanooga School for the Arts and Sciences. She is also an entrepreneur, disability advocate, gardener, and of course a proud foodie. The daughter of a US Army Veteran, she spent her early years traveling base to base country to country solidifying her passion for exploration. She started Chatt Taste Food Tours in 2019 with the help of 2 friends/ foodies who also have a love for the spirit of Chattanooga and wanted to showcase its transformation through a culinary lens. Since inception Chatt Taste Food Tours has been listed by USA Today as a TOP 10 Culinary Experience in the country. Briana’s long term personal goal is to purchase commercial property to operate farm to table experiences.
